Green smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups mangoes
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup water
  • Topping

  • 2 tbsp homemade granola
  • ½ pear, diced
  • Almond butter for a cute topping

Instructions

  1. Put the bananas, mangoes, pineapple in the recipient of a high-speed blender. If all the fruits are frozen, fill the recipient with hot water and let them unfreeze for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the hot water and add the missing ingredients. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  3. Pour in two bowls and add the topping.
