Classic potato salad


  • 4 cups potatoes, washed and cubed
  • ¼ cup green onion, sliced
  • ½ cup red cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped

The sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper


  1. Boil the potatoes until cooked but firm.*
  2. Drain, rinse with cold water and let them cool down completely.
  3. Mix all the sauce ingredients.
  4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and incorporate the sauce.


*Tips: With a knife pierce a potato, as soon as it gets in easily, drain and rinse. Do not overcook the potatoes.
